• Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment or may need to reschedule, depending on our clinic’s schedule.

• Pricing: All service prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change. The final cost will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Payment: Payment can be made in the clinic at the time of service or as required in advance for specific treatments.

• Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been provided. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please discuss this with us so we can recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
